This course is designed to help students explore developmentally appropriate practice and curriculum design as well as implementation within the areas of art, music, drama and movement in the early childhood years. Students examine effective strategies for meeting the needs of all learners in the following areas as they relate to the Fine Arts: lesson planning, assessment, technology, instructional strategies, interdisciplinary planning, teaching and learning, program organization and classroom management.
